I can't really review their food because I haven't been able to try it. Called the past two Saturday's, no answer. Drove down there during hours, no one was there. Have a groupon for carry out (changed it to dine in only but groupon said they would honor it for those that purchased it in the beginning) and they won't honor it. I have two very young kids that don't behave well at restaurants and I can't go there to try their food. Disappointed beyond belief that they have been so incredibly unaccommodating. Was looking for a new restaurant to frequent (at least take out) too. Sad. Wish people could be nicer nowadays. Brokenhearted.

ThIs is a great place. CasuL comfortable dining with great food. Great staff warm smiles and quality consistent food daily. Every morning I start my day with an egg white veggie omelet from there. If your in the area and want a clean fresh restaurant to dine in i would suggest this place.. Its inexpensive, friendly, and consistent. I've never been let down here.

This is a great little diner for someone that wants typical diner food. Me and my hubby usually order from here about twice a month. The other night we decided to order in (Cozy's delivers for free if your order is over $15). I had the Cozy's special corned beef with a side of sauerkraut (i loooooove sauerkraut), the hubby ordered the Club Wrap, and for the little one we ordered the 5pc chicken wings. Delivery took about 15 mins and we were greeted by the delivery person with a friendly smile and great customer service. She was also the one who took our order over the phone. The corned beef sandwich was pretty good. The Club Wrap was alright also, but sadly the wings were not what I was expecting. They were teeny tiny wings. They looked like they came off a cornish hen. Even after that disappointment however, I was still satisfied with our purchase. I believe in supporting local joints and Cozy's is a spot I will be regularly supporting.

We stopped in here for breakfast on our way to our nephew's football game and we were pleasantly surprised after reading some not so great reviews. We didn't have to wait (for a Saturday this is great), we were greeted promptly by a very friendly waitress, our breakfast was great and served quickly- I say give this place a try!

We have been there several times. I guess we keep trying. But this week I went in alone, waited at least ten mins for her to get me a h20, Ordered chicken yero, once it arrived I asked for additional tziki sauce (who doesnt) plus i didnt see much if any inside, she questioned me how much was actually given to me and stood there while requesting I open it up so she could see inside the back of the sandwich. I am still appalled. I would have paid for it. They have never been a friendly place but this was it for me.

OMG, I don't know why, but I was invited to this COZY diner for a FREE tasting of their new menu. First of all the parking is right outside and very convenient. Walked in and there were 2 televisions, tables, booths, and a counter. Nice Deli, it is Christmastime so there was a tree and other decorations. The floors were immaculately clean, and the staff were very friendly. Out came the food. There were maybe 7 invited guests there to taste-test the new menu items. Out came 2 types of salads, a Greek salad and then another salad with chicken, guacamole, tomatoes - you get the picture! OMG, delicious is all I can say. Then, the sandwiches started to pour out of the kitchen. There was sooo much meat on them and stacked very high! I did take some picture so I could share them with you! There was a triple grilled cheese with tomatoes, corned beef, roast beef, turkey, chicken - any and all types of sandwiches! I did try a few of them, but alas could not divulge all! Darn it. Then out came some breakfast items, eggs over easy with hash browns and pancakes with berries. OMG I had a bite of the pancakes and I don't know what the chef uses, but I definitely want that recipe COZY!!!! If I lived on the east side in Shelby Township - located on Dequindre just south of 21 Road I definitely would do this again. But, who knows, I just may make the trip back from Dearborn Heights!!! Definitely go if you have an opportunity!

We bought a groupon and they did not honor it! They just take out from the bill what we paid , not the actual deal. They blamed groupon about that, i dont care whose fault it is, I'm the costumer here. They should have at least give me something to shut me up(like fries or salad or soup)!!! Ill never come back as they dont care about their costumers. If they care about the money very much, that mean also they might not care about the quality of the food PS: The service is very slow(45 min till we got two items only!and we were the only people there) , and the food is ok,not perfect, not worth what we have paid for

I went for breakfast with a relative and we both enjoyed ourselves. The dining room and kitchen are very clean, and we appreciated that there was no loud music playing and the tv was at a quiet volume so we could chat. The food was perfectly prepared and made to our order specifications, as well as being very reasonably priced. The waitress was attentive but didn't hover even though we were practically the only people there. Looking forward to going back and trying the stuffed pancakes or maybe something from the lunch menu. Hope this neighborhood diner makes it, yum!

I had heard good things about their pizza special from Austin next door at Boost Mobile They have a medium 1 item pizza for a fin [ I know who doesnt these days ?] But it was generous with sauce, the cheese actually had a nice golden slightly broiled look to it, and was very good. Bonus points for a very friendly phone gal & counter gal when I picked it up. Looking forward to dining in some time & checking out a breakfast...
